While we encourage attendees to join us for the full duration of the event to maximize their learning and networking opportunities, we understand scheduling conflicts may arise. We welcome you to attend and experience as much of the event as you can. Every moment presents an opportunity for growth and connection.

All events will take place at the Joule Hotel in Texas. If you are staying at a different location you will be responsible for all off-site transportation.

The dress code for most events is smart casual to business casual. For the outdoor event on Saturday, we recommend wearing comfortable clothes and athletic shoes to fully enjoy the activities and games.

While we won’t be offering hotel accommodations, we’ve secured a room block at The Joule, our host hotel for the weekend. Guests are encouraged to make their own arrangements for accommodations, ensuring a comfortable stay during the retreat. Yes, you are allowed to bring one guest to the event. However, please note that each guest must register separately. Additionally, all guests must be at least 18 years old to attend the event. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a smooth registration process and a pleasant experience for all attendees.
