The Recess event is exclusively open to private clients of the Melanin Millionaire’s Club and their approved plus one guest. Join us for an enriching experience alongside our vibrant community!

While we encourage attendees to join us for the full duration of the event to maximize their learning and networking opportunities, we understand scheduling conflicts may arise. We welcome you to attend and experience as much of the event as you can. Every moment presents an opportunity for growth and connection.

All events will take place at the Joule Hotel in Dallas, Texas. If you are staying at a different location you will be responsible for all off-site transportation.

Networking Mixer: Elevated Casual

Think crisp button-downs, sleek polos, tailored jeans or chinos, and clean sneakers, or effortless dresses and coordinated sets that say I came to connect and collect. Conference Days: Smart Casual (A step down from business casual)

Comfort meets confidence. You’re here to learn, lead, and level up—so show up in looks that say I belong in this room. Go for polished pieces with personality: tailored separates, elevated knits, or relaxed blazers with loafers or fresh sneakers. Layers are key, and don’t forget a jacket or sweater to toss over your shoulders—the conference rooms can run chilly.

Adult Recess Day: Athletic Attire (Suited for the outdoors)

Think joggers, tees, dad caps, and your best athleisure built for fun in the sun.

November 7 (Friday):
9:00 AM – 5:00 PM: Educational Conference

Break (A mid-day break will allow you to recharge and network with fellow guests.)

7:00 PM – 9:00 PM: Millionaire Dinner
Join us for an elegant evening of fine dining, stimulating conversation, and a chance to connect with like-minded individuals.

November 8 (Saturday):
9:00 AM – 12:00 PM: Educational Conference
Continue your learning journey with another round of inspiring educational content and discussions.

12:00 PM – 1:00 PM: Service Activity

3:00 PM – 5:00 PM: Adult Field Day
Unwind and engage in some friendly competition during our outdoor field day. Get ready for fun games and team-building activities designed to bring out your competitive spirit!

While we won’t be offering hotel accommodations, we’ve secured a room block at The Joule, our host hotel for the weekend. Guests are encouraged to make their own arrangements for accommodations, ensuring a comfortable stay during the retreat. Yes, you are allowed to bring one guest to the event. However, please note that each guest must register separately. Additionally, all guests must be at least 18 years old to attend the event. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a smooth registration process and a pleasant experience for all attendees.
