These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your participation in the Melanin Money Alumni Circle Program (“Program”). By completing checkout and checking the agreement box, you (“Member”) agree to be legally bound by this Agreement.
Review our separate Privacy Policy here.
1. Program Overview
1.1 Purpose. The Alumni Circle Program is a subscription-based membership designed to provide continued education, community, resources, and support on a more independent, self-guided basis.
1.2 Nature of Services. The Program is not a continuation of 1:1 services. No individualized coaching, tax preparation, or financial planning is included. All services are group-based, community-based, or resource-based.
1.3 Scope of Engagement Disclaimer. The benefits and services outlined in these Terms represent the typical 12-month scope of engagement for Alumni Program participants. Actual access and delivery depend on how long you remain enrolled and your level of participation. If you cancel before completing 12 months of continuous enrollment, you may not receive all benefits listed, and benefits do not continue after your enrollment ends.
2. Program Benefits
During active enrollment, and subject to Program availability and scheduling, Alumni Members receive access to the following benefits. These benefits are intended to provide continued education, community connection, and light-touch support; they do not constitute individualized financial, tax, investment, or legal advisory services.
2.1 Melanin Millionaires Club Platform Access. Members receive continued access to the Melanin Millionaires Club platform, including an exclusive Alumni-only area. This platform includes educational materials, wealth-building tools, community threads, and selected resources. While Alumni may participate freely within the community, access does not guarantee any private or individualized coaching.
2.2 Weekly Advisor Q&A Calls. Members may attend weekly group Q&A calls hosted by Melanin Money. These sessions are designed to provide general guidance, answer questions, and offer educational support. Alumni may submit questions; however, 1:1 private clients retain priority, and Alumni participation does not guarantee individualized strategy development or personalized advice.
2.3 Quarterly Alumni Workshops. These virtual, Alumni-only sessions focus on accountability and continued education in wealth building, tax strategy awareness, financial literacy, mindset, and entrepreneurship. Workshops are topical and group-based.
2.4 Invitations to Regional Alumni Meetups. These are casual, in-person networking gatherings held periodically in select regions. Meetups allow Alumni to maintain connection with peers and leaders within the Melanin Money community. Scheduling, frequency, and location are at the Company’s discretion and are not guaranteed for any specific region or timeframe.
2.5 Invitations to Rich Relative Events. These formal in-person events offer curated learning, accountability, and connection. They include presentations, guest speakers, and networking with other members. Travel, lodging, and incidental costs are the Member’s responsibility.
2.6 Merch Discounts. Members receive access to exclusive Melanin Money merchandise discounts. Discount percentage, eligible items, and availability may vary and are determined at the Company’s discretion.
2.7 Investment Management on First $250,000 AUM (*COMING SOON). Once released, Alumni may receive portfolio oversight on up to $250,000 of assets under the Company’s investment models. This benefit includes model-based oversight only and does not include 1:1 advisory calls, individualized investment strategy sessions, or personalized financial planning.
2.8 Alumni Directory Listing (*COMING SOON). Members may elect to be featured in the Alumni Directory, which is designed to support community visibility, professional connections, and opportunities for collaboration. Participation is optional and subject to Company policies.
2.9 Referral Leaderboard Recognition (*COMING SOON). A gamified recognition system acknowledging Members who submit qualified referrals. This benefit is recognition-only and does not include financial compensation or bonuses.
Benefit Availability Disclaimer:
Benefits may change, evolve, or be replaced over time. The Company reserves the right to modify, add, or discontinue benefits at its sole discretion, without compensation or refund.
